Yes! We have an on-site Machine Shop!

We provide a complete machine shop to aid in the repair of your equipment. In addition to our Machine Shop, we have qualified fabricators in house. From the smallest single unit , to large multiple units, we can design and fabricate systems to your specifications. We use a variety of materials for fabrication, including cast iron, steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and bronze.

In today’s market, it is essential for any machine shop to be equipped with metal spraying when a quick turn around repair is required. The cost in terms of dollars and lead time to replace shafts or housings due to worn bearing journals can be prohibitive. To solve the issue we turned to the metal spray process. Bearing surfaces can be brought back up to factory specifications at a fraction of the cost of new equipment.
