EMW has been in Business since 1939. Its current owner and president, L.B. Thomas, came to work for EMW in 1961. In 1971, L.B. purchased Electric Motor Works, and has been the owner / operator ever since.
Along with our extensive experience and knowledge of electric motors and pumps, we have the Largest Inventory of New, Used and Rebuilt Electric Motors and pumps in the Bakersfield and Kern County, California area.
Electric Motor Works has a complete Machine Shop to aid in the rebuilding of electric motors, pumps and other equipment.
